We do not ask for credit card information to confirm bookings. But some service providers may ask for an advance payment for large jobs where they need to purchase materials in advance.
If you have any issues with the quality of the work, you can call us at any time. We will resolve the issue either by asking the service provider to redo the work to an acceptable standard, hiring another service provider at no additional cost to you, or providing you with a refund.
Service surveys are forms submitted online, specific to each service. Service providers use your requests to quote. So, to ensure clear pricing, it is very important that they are accurate and complete. It is important to remember that the service providers are competing to win your business. So, the more detailed information you provide, the lower the price you can receive. Should the information you provide be inaccurate or incomplete, the service provider may need to modify the price accordingly.
Within 24 hours of submitting your request, we send your quotes directly to your email. They are valid quotes that service providers must abide by should you confirm the booking. Quotes you receive will include the relevant information needed for the job, such as who is responsible for materials, security passes, and advance payments when required.
